Because all photo magnets are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been produced.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with the customization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue through a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.
